Trabaho.AE is an employer-pays job-advertising board for the UAE. You post a listing, it appears in the seeker feed for 30 days, and applicants come to you — people who chose your job, in application order. We do not shortlist, rank, or recommend candidates.
What you get #

- AED 29 (5% VAT inclusive) per additional 30-day listing or extension — flat fee, not per applicant or per hire.
- Verified employer badge — trade licence on file + signed UAE Labour Law attestation + 2FA before publish.
- Application inbox — CV, message, and optional profile details from people who applied to that listing only.
The publish gate #
- Create an employer account and upload your trade licence.
- Sign the UAE Labour Law attestation (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021).
- Enable two-factor authentication on your account.
- Submit your listing — moderation checks run before it goes live.
Listings that fail verification are not published. Paid listings that cannot publish are refunded automatically.
What we are not #
- Not a MOHRE-licensed recruitment agency — no placement commission, no headhunting.
- Not a visa sponsor or employer-of-record.
- Not a paid-promotion board — listing order is by publish date for every viewer.
